Lagos State University (LASU) Admissions Screening for Regular Students Without Enterprenuership
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Lagos State University Admissions Screening Exercise 2022/2023 (Regular Students), for applicants seeking admission through UTME (Levels). 100) and DIRECT ENTRY Admission. This ONLINE test exercise is required for admission to Lagos State University. The tuition fee for the regular program is fifty-seven thousand forty-eight naira, fifty Kobo (N57,048:50) only, for each session.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Lagos State University Admissions Screening Exercise 2022/2023 (Regular Entrepreneurial Students), open to applicants seeking admission via UTME (ONLY). LEVEL 100). This ONLINE screening exercise is required for admission to B.Sc./B.A./B.Ed/B.Sc(Ed)/B.A. (Ed) WITH CERTIFICATES IN Lagos State University COMPREHENSIVE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. Tuition for full-time students with the Entrepreneurship Program is only One hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N150,000: 00) per session.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SCREENING IN LASU
- Candidates who have selected Lagos State University as their first choice basis in the Unified University Entrance Examination (UTME) 2022 and scored a minimum of 185 points will be eligible to participate in the online selection. In addition, the applicant must be 16 years of age or older as of October 1, 2022.
- ALL Pre-Degree Students (PDS) who have completed their studies and wish to be considered for admission to Lagos State University for the academic year 2022/2023 must select Lagos State University as their first choice University in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME) and those who score a minimum of 185 will be eligible to take the online admissions test.
- ALL Direct Entry (DE) applicants, including LASU Foundation (JUPEB) who wish to be considered for admission to Lagos State University for the 2022/2023 academic year, must obtain an application. registered directly from the Joint Admissions and Admissions Board (JAMB) and must be selected by Lagos State University as the school’s first choice school is also eligible and must apply for the test (ONLY LASU DEGREE are accepted for Direct Entry (DE) EXCEPT NCE in Faculty of Education programs).
- Candidates from Lagos State, for levels 100 and 200, who have proven their claims before the Independent Citizenship Verification Committee (IIVC) set up by Lagos State University, will automatically endorse their claims. their requirements during the online admissions screening process.

All Direct Admission / JUPEB applicants must immediately submit a copy of each Online Admission Screening Report and Diploma Notice (LASU Diploma) / NCE Results to the Admissions Annex / Liaison Office (room 7, administrative block II).

- 1. Prospective Candidates should visit www.lasu.edu.ng
- 2. Point to Student, then click on New Applicants
- 3. Click on UTME/DE Screening (https://lasu.edu.ng/admissionscreening)
- 4. Click on UTME CANDIDATE LOGIN
- 5. Enter your UTME REGISTRATION NUMBER, your SURNAME and click on SUBMIT.
- 6. Click “Make Payment (Admission Screening)” button.
- 7. On the Payment Page
- Supply Jamb Registration Number
- Select “Admission Screening Fee” as Description
- Select “Ojo” as Campus
- Select “Student” As Category
- 8. After Successful Payment; return to your dashboard.
- 9. Click Start Admission Screening
- 10. At this time, your basic bio-data information will be displayed. Then, select either REGULAR STUDENT ADMISSION SCREENING OR REGULAR STUDENT WITH ENTREPRENURSHIP ADMISSION SCREENING from the drop-down menu: “Type of Screening”
- 11. Supply your Transaction ID used for Payment.

• Candidates must have Five (5) O’ Level Credits in subjects relevant to their desired course of study at not more than Two (2) sittings, except Medicine and Dentistry that require ONLY one (1) sitting.
• Candidates who wish to study any Engineering Course and wish to use Two (2) sitting of O’Level Results must possess Six (6) O’ Level Credits including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, one (1) other Science subject and any other subject.
• Aeronautic and Astronautic Engineering require a Credit pass in Further Mathematics.
• Credit in English Language is compulsory for admission into all courses in Lagos State University.
• Candidates must ENSURE they upload their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS before the closure of the Admission Screening Exercise
• Candidates of Lagos State Origin MUST have proved their claims before the Independent Indigeneship Verification Committee (IIVC) set up by the Lagos State University, as their claim will be automatically validated before they can proceed with the Online Screening.
• Note that any examination taken after July 2022 is not ACCEPTABLE.
